The Pertamina Catalyser programme is Southeast Asia’s largest leadership accelerator, created for the purpose of ramping up the preparedness for 480 of its most capable managers to fill the company’s highest senior leadership positions by 2023.
Pertamina collaborated with INSEAD, Deloitte and Bob Aubrey (Chairman of our HR Committee) on the biggest leadership accelerator in Southeast Asia.
The next generation of leaders will take responsibility for one of Indonesia’s most critical State-Owned Companies, shaping it to ensure sustainable energy for the world’s fourth-largest country while expanding its reach globally in the highly competitive energy sector.
The 2-year programme provides an accelerated development journey through international exposure, action projects, experiential learning, and coaching and mentoring.
