SARD – Safe Clubbing Campaign 2024

January 31, 2024

Singapore Alliance for Responsible Drinking (SARD), a joint initiative of the EuroCham Wine & Spirits Committee and Singapore Nightlife Business Association, had a great opportunity to partner with the Singapore Police Force, The National Crime Prevention Council and Singapore River One at their 24 January event at HighHouse @ One Raffles Quay as part of the national Safe Clubbing Campaign.

SARD’s booth featured collateral and the QR code to the Standard Drinks Calculator, which sparked a lot of interest from both the police and on-trade outlets. As mentioned by the guest of honour, Minister of State for Home Affairs, Ms Sun Xueling, this year’s campaign is aimed at encouraging nightlife outlets and patrons to adopt safe clubbing practices, ranging from responsible drinking to addressing abuse, disorderly behaviour and serious hurt. This is the 4th edition of the campaign, originally launched in 2018.
