INTRODUCTION

Singapore serves as a digital leader in Asean, with a proactive approach to advancing its digital economy through various key initiatives: Digital Transformation, Innovation and Research, Talent Development, and Digital Infrastructure. GovTech has been formed by the government to oversee the digital strategy of Singapore as a country. This unique supervisory body underscores the nation’s commitment to the Digital Economy’s significance. Through the 2023 EU-Singapore digital partnership, Singapore has further fortified its digital aspirations to advance trade and cooperation with the EU.

OBJECTIVES

The EuroCham Digital Economy Committee emerges as a key platform for businesses in the digital transformation landscape, acting as a connecting bridge between businesses, governments, and communities in this ever-evolving digital age. The committee engages in active collaboration with industry, academia, and policymakers, fostering comprehensive discussions that will shape the digital future of tomorrow. The committee strives to be an innovative forum leading the charge in this crucial transformation reshaping businesses.
