On the 18th of September, the HR Committee will be meeting. The theme of the meeting will be “HR in 2025 – Preparing the Known Unknowns of Human Development”
The session will be structured into speed panels that will discuss 3 known unknowns that will change the human resource scene.
For each panel, there will be a corporate HR professional, educator from a business school and a consultant expert. Panelists will present their views followed by a round-table discussion.
The programme schedule is structured as follows:
1. Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Bob Aubrey will introduce his new book “Measure of Man: Leading Human Development, McGraw Hill, published September 2015″*
2. First panel: Will HR still be HR? How the function will change and what will become of the HRBP role in future.
3. Second panel: Unprecedented Changes impacting on Human Development from Robotics to Artificial Intelligence
4. Third panel: Asia leading Global Human Development? Asian perspectives and values, impact on Western HR, a new global philosophy?
The presentations will be followed by Q&A and discussion with our members.
