Engaging Businesses to Act Swiftly and Decisively in Forging New Path Forward: SBF’s Dialogue with Trade and Industry Minister Chan Chun Sing

SBF hosted a dialogue session with Minister for Trade and Industry Chan Chun Sing and Mr Tan Chong Meng, Co-Chairman of the Future Economy Council (FEC)’s Emerging Stronger Taskforce (EST), on the morning of 14th August 2020. The session was moderated by our Chairman, Mr Lim Ming Yan.

During the session, participants exchanged views on how businesses can address current challenges, seize opportunities by leveraging digitalisation and internationalisation, and forge a new path forward amidst the severe economic downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the participants was EuroCham together with members of SBF’s Council and other leaders of businesses and Trade Associations and Chambers.
