European Excellence in Sustainability Survey

February 14, 2020

Please fill in our survey

As a part of our focus on sustainability during 2020, we are conducting a survey to assess the level of involvement in Sustainability of  European companies operating in Singapore and in ASEAN. We would therefore be grateful if you could fill in our short 5-minute survey. We accept more than one submission per company, so please feel free to fill in the survey in a personal capacity.

The European Chamber of Commerce (Singapore) has embraced the topic of Sustainability as the main focus of its activities in 2020 and will execute a series of activities under the title “European Excellence in Sustainability” including breakfast talks, surveys, a white book and even Sustainability Awards. The project is in line with the commitments and ambitions of Singapore, towards the 2015 Paris Agreement.

The goal of this project is very simple, show the degree of involvement of European companies in the Sustainability area (Clean & Efficient Energy, Circular Economy, Smart Mobility, Green Financing and Farm to Fork). We want to provide them with a platform to share their initiatives in reducing carbon and waste, revenues derived from clean products, their effort in providing green energy solutions, and overall attempts to preserve our planet while still being profitable.

The results of this survey will be incorporated in a concise position paper and will be presented to relevant Singapore governmental entities as a basis for an open discussion. The paper will include the quantitative findings of this survey as well as recommendations to the Government, so that we close the gap between companies needs and government efforts. This will also allow us to raise awareness in the sustainability area.

All responses will be handled with discretion, and they shall only be used for the purposes of this survey.
