In its continuous fight against illicit trade and counterfeiting, EuroCham organises product training session for its members to equip officers from the Singapore Customs with the skills to distinguish counterfeit products from their bona fide counterparts. In our second session, we have representatives from the oil & gas industry as well as the automobile industry share about common counterfeited products and ways to distinguish the real from the fake.
Responses for the product training sessions have always been very encouraging, and EuroCham will continue to collaborate with Singapore Customs to bring more brand owners to share about anti-counterfeiting with the Customs officials.
