Synopsis
On the 10^th of May, EuroCham is hosting a roundtable discussion aimed at sharing and iscussing best practices on supply chain networks in Asia Pacific. In particular, the following topics will be addressed:

– Supply Chain strategy
– Supply responsiveness to actual demand
– Inventory optimization with long lead time

This initiative is driven by The LEGO Group and will bring together supply chain, operations and logistics leaders from various industries including fashion, FMCG, pharma, logistics and consumer goods.
