The theme of the meeting will be “HR in 2025 – Preparing the Known Unknowns of Human Development” The session will be structured into speed panels that will discuss 3 known unknowns that will change the human resource scene. For each panel\, there will be a corporate HR professional\, educator from a business school and a consultant expert. Panelists will present their views followed by a round-table discussion. Chairman of the Committee\, Dr. Bob Aubrey will introduce his new book “Measure of Man: Leading Human Development\, McGraw Hill\, published September 2015″* 2. First panel: Will HR still be HR? How the function will change and what will become of the HRBP role in future. 3.
