DESCRIPTION:On the 28th of October 2015\, the Financial services Committee will be meeting.  \nThe theme of the session will be “Regional Outlook for Asian Insurance Market” and will feature a presentation by Ms. Connie Wong\, Managing Director Insurance Ratings for APAC at Standards & Poors. \nMs. Connie Wong will address the following points: \n– The Economic and Macro update – with ASEAN perspective \n– The global and regional insurance credit trend vs ASEAN \n– The insurance market challenges and opportunities \n– The natural catastrophe risks  and the potential implication to sovereign credit profile \n  \nThe presentation will be followed by Q&A and discussion with our members. \nxxx \n \nMs. Connie Wong is Managing Director & Analytical Manager\, Financial Services Ratings at Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services. Based in Singapore\, Ms Wong leads a regional team of credit analysts in the Financial Services group in analyzing and assigning credit ratings insurance and reinsurance companies across the region.
