DESCRIPTION:The International Trademark Association (INTA) and the International Chamber of Commerce Business Action to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy (BASCAP) are pleased to invite you to attend and participate in an INTA–BASCAP conference on the roles and responsibilities of intermediaries in enforcing IP rights. This one-day conference\, Intermediaries and Rights Holders—Working Together to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy\, will take place at the Fairmont Hotel in Singapore\, on March 2\, 2016. \nThe event will bring together key stakeholders from the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region and Asia to explore opportunities for rights holders\, intermediaries\, and governments to work together on solutions. BASCAP will present some of its findings in the recent report entitled “Roles and Responsibilities of Intermediaries: Fighting Counterfeiting and Piracy in the Supply Chain\,” and INTA will share some of its best practices for addressing the sale of counterfeits through voluntary collaboration. SUMMARY:Seminar on Electronisation of Transferable Documents or Instruments Used in International Trade
