This position paper is an initiative taken by the Singapore EuroCham HR Committee as the result of exchanges concerning the opportunities and challenges of ASEAN Economic Integration. The white paper aims to assess the benefits for human development coming out of the experience of European integration and to suggest opportunities for human development initiatives for ASEAN integration.
